We live in one of Ontario’s most beautiful natural places. An abundance of wild forests, healthy wildlife populations, clean waterways, and Niagara Escarpment corridors makes Grey Highlands’ environment truly worth protecting. In particular, the Rocky Saugeen has been classified as a Class-A coldwater creek – one of the last remaining pristine examples remaining in the entire province.

As Deputy Mayor, I will:

• Make sure Grey Highlands’ development standards protect our natural environment

• Work with the community to make Lake Eugenia permanently clean and swimmable

• Protect the Niagara Escarpment and our sensitive watersheds from inappropriate development
