$638,743. That’s the average price for a home in Grey and Bruce counties. After years of Doug Ford’s promises for affordable housing, farmland has been paved, wetlands destroyed, forests cleared, and we are still nowhere nearer to real affordable housing in Ontario. We deserve better than this.

There’s a better way forward. We can build healthy, affordable, connected communities using developed land within city centres. We can help families add new apartments by making it easier to build on existing properties. And we can put an end to greedy developers and speculators buying up land and houses for private profit.
